New Staff Announcement (Noah and Adelaide)
We are excited to welcome Adelaide Rohrssen and Noah Brooks to our Core Team at Tangelo Tree.
Adelaide Rohrssen - Project & Operations Associate brings a wealth of experience from their work with nonprofits in education and public operations, along with direct involvement with boards. Their background as an educator fuels their curiosity and commitment to lifelong learning, making them a valuable addition to our team.
Adelaide is passionate about supporting system development to ensure nonprofits can sustainably offer their vital resources to our community. Outside of work, you can find Adelaide at the dog park or exploring a variety of community education classes, from ceramics and stained glass to sword fighting.

Noah Brooks - Associate Consultant is an analytical and outcome-driven professional with extensive experience across the nonprofit sector, having served as both staff and board member.
Before joining us, Noah owned and operated a marketing agency that focused on supporting nonprofits. This background equips him with valuable project management and business development skills that he will bring to our work with nonprofits.
When not working, Noah is often playing with his dogs and enjoying the outdoors of New Mexico whether skiing in the winter or hiking in the summer.
